RETURN POLICY: Effective October 1, 2008, a new return policy on retail products has been implemented: - Products must be returned within 14 days for a full refund - Refund will be issued in same manner as purchase was made - Unopened products may be exchanged for retail product credit up to 30 days after purchase - Receipt must accompany all returns - Sales are final on discontinued items Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with this return policy.
